Ἀφραθιάς is a dry white wine organic agriculture made from the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grape. It is named after the place where our grandparents first planted vineyards, which is a territory of fields in the plain of Messara, located near the village of Praitoria. The area is also situated near the foots of the Asterousia Ori mountain range, which provides a unique microclimate for our vines. This location's particular combination of soil, sun, and wind is essential for producing the distinctive flavors of our wine. To honor and remember our roots, we gave it the name Ἀφραθιάς, as a tribute to the place where it all started for our family's winemaking tradition. The wine is great to combine with salads, fry fish, shells, chicken, turkey, or white cheese.
